This is a customer- and subcontractor-facing role designed to provide real-world exposure to core aspects of our work, including:

This hourly 1099 position includes:

We are very happy with the work and quality of work they did. Our new cabinets are beautiful.
✅ Did they keep you informed of what to expect, both schedule and cost?
They were very good at keeping up with the schedule and letting us know what was happening each week. When there were delays, they always let us know. If the cost changed, Don always called and discussed with us. We got invoices each week.
✅ Did they show up for work when they told you they would?
The crew were wonderful. They normally were there early and came to the door right at 8:00am. They were honest and so friendly. The project manager always communicates with you also.
✅ Did anything unexpected happen during your job?
We had to wait on a blade for the cabinets to be cut but it did not slow the process. We were told 8-10 weeks, and they were done in 9!
✅ Were they open to your ideas and suggestions? or try to talk you out of them?
They listened to our ideas and changed plans according to what we wanted. They also offered opinions if we asked on design, etc.
✅ Did they clean up behind themselves, both during construction and at the end of the job?
Very clean. Each day they swept and cleaned up. This was very important to us.
✅ Would you hire them again?
Absolutely we would. I have also referred them to 2 people already.
